Vastwood Park

Vastwood Park is located between Hawesville and Lewisport on Highway 60. Entrances to the park are located on Highway 60 and 925 Vastwood Park Road. The park is open year-round with the exception of the camping area which is closed November through March. There are employees at the park Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm.  There is an answering machine after hours at 270-927-8778.

Beach House Rental Room

Available for parties, meetings, reunions, etc. year round except for holidays.  The beach house room has heat and air conditioning.  Check our Facebook page or call 270-927-8778 for rates.

Activities at Vastwood:

Fishing—Open year-round and free of charge. Boats are limited to trolling motors only.

Swimming—Watch the Facebook page for more information as the swim season grows near.

Camping—There are 21 campsites with water, electricity, and a dump station located by the bath house. Several tent sites have fire rings and the bath house is open 24 hours a day. See the information below for rates and complete details.

Children’s Playground, covered picnic shelters with grills, tee-ball field, soccer field, tennis courts, basketball courts, 9 hole disc golf course, regulation baseball field and little league field, 2 softball fields, and nearly 400 acres of park area including a 19 acre lake with walking trail.
